"Amazing tour company!"

This tour company were amazing! We booked the hot golden circle and northern lights tour. I don't want to spoil any of the tour for you! The main reason why I wanted to write the review was to highlight this tour company seemed to really care about your experience in Iceland and wanted everybody to have an amazing time. It's a really small company so you get lots from the trips!

"Brilliant small group tour of the Golden Circle"

There are lots of Golden Circle tours but I was so glad to have gone with Gateway to Iceland. There were just 6 people on the tour, and Gummi was a font of knowledge on Icelandic history, culture, geology and legend. His stories and insight into his amazing country really brought the tour to life.

"Excellent Experience!"

My husband and I did the South Coast tour with Gateway to Iceland this August. It was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the sights, but also shared with us his opinions, thoughts, and insights to other aspects of Icelandic society and culture. The tour was also small-- 7 people (including ourselves)-- which made for a very intimate and personable experience. We highly recommend Gateway to Iceland.

"Excellent Tour!!"

We recently were fortunate to arrange some tours with Gummi of GTI and must say he is the true ambassador of Iceland. He is so passionate about his job and has immense knowledge / history about Iceland. He is a very helpful gentleman and goes out of his way to make you visit to Iceland memorable.

"5 star service!!"

"Gummi" is the owner of the company and was my tour guide - friendly, personable, and a native who loves his homeland and enjoys sharing that love with others. He went out of his way to show me things that were of personal interest.

"Glacier Lagoon Tour with GTI was an Incredible Experience!"

We booked GTI for Glacier Lagoon tour. The best decision ever! Glacier Lagoon is quite far from Reykjavik so be prepared for around 6-7 hours of drive one way. But it was totally worth every second & krona spent!

"Wonderful Family Experience!"

There is so much to see and do in Iceland, and I think we were able to make the most of our 10 days there thanks to Bob and the Gateway to Iceland team! I would highly recommend them to anyone even thinking of planning a trip to Iceland.

"Fantastic Northern Lights"

Didn't realise that getting to see the Northern Lights was so rare, but Bob and the team of spotters and drivers at Gateway to Iceland did a fantastic job on our recent visit.

Iceland isn't named the country of Fire and Ice for no reason
Gateway to Iceland never operates with more than 19 people. In our opinion having smaller groups is much better so here are 10 reasons why.
